The Brickyard Tower is a Class B+ Office originally built in 1982. The Ritchie Group became the majority owner in 2010 and since that time has refurbished all the common space inside and landscaping outside of the Brickyard Tower. In addition a 3 level parking garage was completed in 2016 to provide garage secured parking for all tenants.
